Build for multiple customers

Set up one agent product for separate customer organizations, people, agents, data, and integrations.

Use ArchAstro when the same agent product needs to serve more than one customer. Each customer gets a separate organization for its people, agents, data, credentials, and integrations. Your team uses the same platform APIs and tools across all of them.

1. Create your application

Create an application in the developer portal. The application is the shared product your team builds and operates.

2. Create a customer organization

Create one organization for the first customer. Add the users and agents that belong to that customer rather than keeping customer resources at the application level.

See Organizations for the ownership and membership model.

3. Connect the customer's systems

Add the credentials, data sources, and integrations that this customer owns. Keep them with that organization so another customer does not inherit the same access or configuration.

4. Run one real task

Give the customer agent a narrow task with a result a person can check. Confirm that it uses the intended customer accounts and that only the intended people can see the work.

5. Repeat for the next customer

Reuse the application and agent setup. Create another organization, then add that customer's people, agents, data, credentials, and integrations.
